Terms of Service for CronMonitor

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the CronMonitor service (the "Service"), available at https://cronmonitor.app.
1.2. The Service is operated by K-J Solution, with registered office at Racula-Bajeczna 10/1, 66-004 Zielona Gora, registered in POLAND, Tax ID: PL9231637185.
1.3. You can contact the Operator at: [email protected] or through the contact form available in the Service.
2. Definitions
2.1. User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality using the Service.
2.2. Account – an individual user panel in the Service, created after registration.
2.3. Service – the cron job monitoring service provided by CronMonitor.
2.4. Subscription – a paid subscription plan chosen by the User.
2.5. Monitor – a single cron job configured for monitoring in the Service.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Using the full functionality of the Service requires creating an Account.
3.2. Registration is voluntary and free of charge. It requires providing an active email address and password.
3.3. The User is obligated to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Immediately notify the Operator of any unauthorized access to the Account
3.4. The User may delete their Account at any time through the user panel or by contacting support.
4. Account Types and Limitations
4.1. The Service offers the following plans:
- Free – free plan with limited number of monitors
- Basic – paid plan with extended functionality
- Pro – advanced plan with full access
- Enterprise – business plan with additional features
4.2. Detailed limits and features of each plan are available on the pricing page.
4.3. The Operator reserves the right to change plan limits and features with 30 days' notice.
5. Payments and Subscription
5.1. Subscription payments are processed through the Stripe payment processor.
5.2. Subscriptions are billed cyclically (monthly or annually) according to the chosen plan.
5.3. Payment is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period.
5.4. Prices are quoted in USD/EUR and include VAT (if applicable).
5.5. The User may cancel the Subscription at any time. Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
5.6. After canceling the Subscription, the User retains access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
5.7. In case of failed payment, the Service will attempt to collect funds. After exhausting attempts, the Account will be switched to the Free plan.
6. Service Usage Rules
6.1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with:
- Applicable law
- The provisions of these Terms
- Principles of social coexistence
6.2. The following is prohibited:
- Abuse of Service resources (e.g., sending excessive number of requests)
- Attempting unauthorized access to Service systems
- Using the Service in a manner that may disrupt its operation
- Sharing the Account with third parties
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
6.3. Violation of the above rules may result in suspension or deletion of the Account without refund.
7. Data and Storage
7.1. The Service stores data related to monitored cron jobs according to the selected plan:
- Free: 30 days of history
- Basic: 90 days of history
- Pro: 365 days of history
- Enterprise: unlimited days of history
7.2. After exceeding the retention period, data is automatically deleted.
7.3. The Operator makes every effort to ensure data security but is not liable for data loss resulting from technical failure or force majeure.
7.4. The User is responsible for regularly backing up critical data.
8. Liability
8.1. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
8.2. The Operator does not guarantee:
- Complete Service availability (100% uptime)
- Absence of Service interruptions
- That the Service will be error-free
8.3. The Operator is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from Service unavailability
- Data loss due to failures or errors
- Business decisions made based on Service data
- Actions of third parties
8.4. The Operator's liability is limited to the amount corresponding to one month's Subscription fee.
9. Technical Support
9.1. The Operator provides technical support for paid plans through:
- Email support
- Ticketing system in the Service
9.2. Response time for inquiries is up to 48 hours on business days.
9.3. Free plan users have access to documentation and FAQ.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms.
10.2. Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance via email or notification in the Service.
10.3. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10.4. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your Account.
11. Termination
11.1. The service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period upon Account creation.
11.2. The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the Account.
11.3. The Operator may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice or immediately in case of Terms violation.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law.
12.2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
12.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12.4. These Terms take effect on the date of publication in the Service.
